On iPhone (Safari)

1. Open the Settings app on your phone
2. Scroll down and tap Safari
3. Tap Location
4. Choose Allow (or Ask)
5. Come back here and tap "Try Again" below

On Android (Chrome)

1. Open the Settings app on your phone
2. Tap Apps → Chrome
3. Tap Permissions → Location
4. Choose Allow only while using the app
5. Also make sure the phone Location/GPS toggle is turned ON
6. Come back here and tap "Try Again" below
